Cordierite-Mullite Ceramic Honeycomb is made of cordierite and mullite ceramic. Cordierite ceramic is a type of magnesium aluminum silicate with particularly good thermal shock properties. Cordierite also has low thermal conductivity and thermal expansion, while also being cost-effective. Often used as a structural ceramic for kiln furniture applications, it also finds uses in other applications where rapid temperature changes take place. Mullite is an excellent structural material due to its high-temperature stability, strength, and creep resistance. It has a low dielectric constant and high electrical insulation capabilities.

-Refractory kiln furniture
The mass of extruded honeycomb ceramic kiln ware is 60%-75% lighter than that of traditional kiln ware, and the heat transfer is rapid, which can realize rapid firing. When using it to burn ferrite or other electronic ceramics, it is beneficial to improve the performance of products.
